New for this 2018 - 2019 Season!

STBMA renews it’s lease of the St Gervais/ St Nicholas ski area!
Over the course of it’s 30 year tenure, the lift company is committed to spending 157.000.000€. Projects in the near future include replacing the long slow Chattrix chairlift with a fast six man chair in the summer of 2019, as well as redeveloping the Mont D’Arbois, (Freddy) in 2020, to include replacing the old two man Arbois, (‘Custard Chair’) with a fast six man lift and making a new beginners’ piste.

The new Mont Joux lake between the Mont Joux itself and the top of the Etudiants has been completed and is already feeding the snow canon in that area, hugely raising the quantity of artificial snow that can be made.

The webcam at the top of the Mont Joux now streams live 24 hours a day and can be viewed at
Click here to access the brand new panoramic webcam at the top of the Epaule lift.

The old, very slow two man Epaule chair, was replaced in 2017 by a fast six man chair, which means very few queues to access both the Mont Joly itself and the Grande Epaule down to St Nicholas. St Gervais is upgrading it's lift system to the tune of one major lift every two seasons!

As per last year get a six day Evasion lift pass for the price of a five day one when you buy your pass online! We can tell you exactly how to go about this, and passes can be delivered to us for safe keeping before your arrival.

The St Gervais piste that connects the Bettex to the village and the main lift station proved it's worth last winter season. Completely re-landscaped and with snow cannon over the whole of it's length, it has become one of the most fun pistes on the mountain; (and nobody really likes to take the lift down at the end of the day). When the road crossings are sorted out, the piste will be perfect in everyway.
